Child Dedication

Chapel periodically holds child dedication services. The dedication service is a time for the congregation to celebrate and thank God for the gift of our children. It’s also a time for parents to commit to model what following Jesus looks like. Please sign up below if you are interested in participating in that service or would like to be notified of future dedication services.

Please list your child(ren)'s names as you would like it to appear on their dedication certificate and include their birthdates.

Please list the parent/guardian's names as you would like it to appear on the dedication certificate.
